CSHS Parking Release of Liability Form

 

If you plan to park at PFWC during the school year, you are required to complete a Parking Release Form. Having this information on file allows us to contact you in the event of an incident and is also required by our insurance.

There is a one-time $5.00 parking fee, which remains valid as long as you continue to use the same vehicle and license plates.

Please note: You may not park at PFWC if your parking privileges have been revoked or suspended by Cave Spring High School.

Students who do not complete the required Parking Release Form will not be permitted to park on PFWC property. Vehicles parked without a completed release form may be towed.
