Children's Ministry Center
Children Matter to their parnets, grandparents, and to us. For that reason we have just transformed out conference room into the Lena Hunt Space Center. This is a room that is dedicated to children. Come check it out!
KIDZ ZONE Ministries is for Children age 4 through 5th grade. Our purpose is to challenge the children to be:
- Zealous for God
- Obedient to God
- Normal in an abnormal world
- Examples to everyone.
This high-energy ministry meets on Sunday Morning. We have the children participate with the singing and prayer time and then dismiss them. They also meet on Wednesday evening 6:30-7:30 PM. While participating the children will experience energetic songs and creative crafts; interesting Bible truths; and have a spectacular time!
Why KIDZ ZONE Chilren’s Ministry?
Statistics show that 84% of believers became Christians by age 14. This means children’s ministry is VERY important. Our children are bombarded every day with messages that are opposite of what the Bible teaches. They hear it from television, school, friends, and music. It’s important that the Biblical truths that parents are teaching at home are reaffirmed by the church and vice-versa. The Bible is very clear about the command to teach our children and children’s children.
In order to do this it takes a team. Children need to see the faith of others demonstrated. It made a difference in my life and it will make a difference in theirs. So no matter how old or young you are, see Pastor Myron and let him know that you will help in this ministry.

Why PFWC?
- We are small and give individual attention.
- As adults work with the children on Wednesday evening, the children see these individuals also attending the Sunday Service and build a greater relationship with them. This provides some excellent examples for the children to look up to.
- It teaches committment to the church. Too often adult Christians bounce around and never get involved. This teaches the next generation that the church is not important when in reality, the church is very important. There isn’t anywhere in the scripture that tells us about a Plan B. We are God’s Plan A and only plan!
- Because Kidz Zone ROCKS and will make an impact in your children’s lives.
- It frees you up to get involved in the midweek prayer and praise time.
Why NOT?
Honestly, can you think of any good reason not to bring your children to Kidz Zone? Can you think of any good reason why you could not give one or two Wednesdays a month to help with crafts, refreshments, teaching, or just impacting a child’s life?
